Acceptable Use Policy

1. Do not use GHSLink to

break the law, or help anyone else to, including aviation security, sanctions, export control, data protection and anti-spam law;
put in personal data you have no lawful basis to use, or special category data or identity document numbers unless a feature is designed for them;
send unsolicited marketing, or messages that are misleading, defamatory, harassing or infringe someone else's rights;
pretend to be another person or organisation, including on public booking and directory pages;
upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

2. Protect the platform

Do not try to access another organisation's data, get round access controls or rate limits, or probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities, except through coordinated disclosure to security@ghslink.com.
Do not overload the Services, scrape them, or access them by automated means other than the interfaces we provide.
Do not share accounts or sign-in details, or let someone keep using an account after they leave your organisation.

3. Operational safety

Do not rely on GHSLink estimates, calculators or statuses for a safety-of-flight decision contrary to the Operational Safety Notice, or present them to anyone as approved operational data.

4. If this policy is broken

We may remove content, suspend accounts or workspaces, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report a breach of this policy to hello@ghslink.com.
